Okay, so here is my next post, and boy is it something that is close to my heart.
NOTE: I would like to thank my best friend Jess for introducing me to the world of stickers, although my passion isn’t as big as hers, without her, this post would not be possible, so thank you. haha. Time to get organised!!
I never, ever used to use a diary (mainly because I didn’t need it) and the thought of having one seemed pointless to me, but I was so wrong. Last year, while on holiday in New York, I visited a store called Papyrus. The best stationary shop ever. We loved it so much that every time we passed one, we went in, even though all the stock was EXACTLY the same.
When browsing one day, I came across the most beautiful Kate Spade diary, and my life has been beautifully organised ever since. This is when Jess taught me the sticker loving way of life, although my passion is with diary sticker. If you love things to look pretty, then I strongly advise these stickers.
These stickers are great to jazz up any diary/ notebook/ journal/ exercise book. I STRONGLY recommend them as they are just beaut. Supposedly, most of these sticker packs are meant for The Happy Planner by MAMBI (Me and my big ideas) but, you don’t have to use them for that… I would like to get one of those planners one day however. I am a massive fan of anything rose gold or metallic so my eye was instantly drawn to them.
Where to buy
Most of these packs are sold in America but I was determined to find somewhere that sold them in the UK. Guess what… I found somewhere!
If you are in the US, you can buy them from the MAMBI website (click the logo) or if you are in the UK you can buy them from The Homemakery which stock loads of stickers and crafty bits . They also wrap the items up really nicely and delivery times are so quick.
I also got a random pack of stickers from IKEA, of all places! I got the pack of stickers ages ago for around £3, however the last time I went, they had the same packs on sale for £1. They’re so cute that I had to get 2 more packs! They’re a pack of rose gold and pastel coloured stickers – great for sealing envelopes, gift tag stickers etc. I’m not sure they sell them anymore, but always have a look in the market section, there are always some great bargains in there! Click here to view IKEA stationery.
Below is a list of the products shown in the pictures.
Anyway – that’s all for today’s blog post. I hope you liked it and I hope you invest in some cute stickers for your diaries!
